WellEarned provides automated review request software that helps local service businesses collect customer reviews via SMS and email. Our service sends messages to your existing customers on your behalf.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may only send review requests to customers who have an existing business relationship with you. You may not use our service to send unsolicited messages or spam.

SMS Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding SMS messaging, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You confirm that recipients have provided appropriate consent to receive messages.

No Affiliate or Lead Buying

WellEarned does not engage in affiliate marketing programs or the buying and selling of leads or contact lists.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.

Limitation of Liability

WellEarned shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
